This 13 minute video-based program is designed to educate workers on ergonomic best practices for arranging home office workstations and can be used as a part of your organization’s health and safety program. 

The content is intended to help raise awareness and set expectations for good work habits as employees work at home. The program can be viewed independently or delivered in a virtual group setting. 

The accompanying Discussion Guide is provided so that Managers can support employees in their use of this tool, and ask impactful follow up questions post-training that will help employees work comfortably and productively at home.
